Relaxation
Massage
Swedish: This massage is the most common type
of massage. It uses a firm but gentle pressure
to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and
tension, improve flexibility and create
relaxation.
Deep Tissue
Massage
This is a type of massage, which is
intended for those requiring deep work. This massage
technique provides relaxation, circulation and
elimination of toxins. The deep pressure helps to
increase flexibility and improve range of motion.
Sports Massage
Is a special form of massage and is
typically used before, during, and after athletic
events. The purpose of the massage is to prepare
athletes for peak performance, to drain away
fatigue, to relieve swelling, and to reduce muscle
tension.
Lymphatic Drainage
Massage technique that increases
lymphatic circulation and helps detoxify the body.
It drains sluggish lymph nodes. The purpose of
lymphatic drainage is to cleanse and regenerate
tissues and organs, and to promote balance of
chemistry. It stimulates the movement of lymph and
encourages the formation of lymphocytes that produce
antibodies, increasing the body's resistance to
infection.
Lypossage
Is a healthy, non-invasive anti aging,
detoxifying, body-contouring technique. It is a
specific blend of massage modalities that derive
from physical therapy, including deep lymphatic
drainage and deep tissue release. It cleases the
body of stagnant, stalled lymphatic fluid (edema)
that can create the lumps & bulges known as
cellulite. It also tones the muscles, lifting and
firming sagging tissue.
